To determine your eligibility, The Funding Company requires your Experian Credit Report. Please follow the steps below:

1. Obtain Your Experian Credit Report:

   • Visit Experian's website and take advantage of their free 7-day trial (ensure to cancel if you do not wish to continue using their services).

   • When obtaining your report, please remember to block out sensitive personal information such as full card numbers (leave only the last 4 digits), SSN (leave only the last 4 digits), and any other sensitive data.

2. Submit Your Credit Report:

   • Email your Experian Credit Report to Britney Anderson at britney@thefundingco.com.

   • In the subject line of your email, please include the reference "Craftsman Tiny Homes."

Please note that they require a minimum credit score of 680 or higher for eligibility. If your credit score is lower, they will still consider your application, and their team will explore other possibilities.
