The Lookout

The Lookout is 28 feet X 8.5 feet with a second story deck. This particular unit has drywall, vertical siding, however will come with exterior lap siding, and shiplap on the interior.

The Lookout has a 14 foot loft for sleeping and a 7 foot storage loft with a bedroom below. It comes with a full range and butcher block counter tops with kitchen cabinets. It has a tankless water heater and can come with either a tub/shower or a walk-in shower. The toilet is standard and has a bathroom sink.
