Why are we having this fall sale?

Every Unibox will be built to the same specifications making it, so we can build them at a lessor expense. Instead of cutting on header one size, we will cut 50 headers at once. We're going to have cutout jigs for the doors and windows. We're going to manufacture all of the interior doors at the same time. When we paint the exterior, we'll paint them all at the same time.
